Simon Sloman Director Simon has fifteen years' property experience including three formative years in the London market. He provides professional advice to vendors and landlords realistically valuing and assessing their property according to the current market conditions. He has an intimate knowledge of the local property market, and is enthusiastic and diligent in his approach.
Sam Lewis Property Negotiator Sam has worked in estate agency in Jersey for the past five years and has a sound knowledge of the local property market. She is customer focused and works hard in negotiations to achieve the best result for our clients. She keeps vendors and applicants well informed of developments and is diplomatic and professional in her approach. Sam previously worked in advertising and publishing and she has lived and worked in France.
Marcus Matthews MNAEA Property Negotiator Marcus has ten year’s sales and marketing experience with four year’s experience in residential estate agency. Prior to that he worked for fifteen years as a qualified tradesman and has an in-depth knowledge of construction. Marcus is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents (whom require annual on-going professional development/training to stay a member) and gained the National Association Technical award in the sale of residential property. He is currently studying for the NAEA technical award in the sale of commercial property.
Victoria de Veulle BSc DipM ACIM Vicky has a strong marketing background gained whilst working in Jersey, London and Sydney. She manages marketing and business development opportunities for Slomans Estate Agents. She also provides full support for the day to day requirements of clients. She can help advise you on getting your property ready for sale and the marketing of your property. Vicky also promotes our rental properties including liaising with corporate contacts to find tenants.
Francine Jones Francine primarily manages Slomans Estate Agents' office. She is approachable and customer-focused. She is the first point of call for all property enquiries, to arrange appointments or answer any queries.
